Refund policy

Little Larks accepts returns unused or unworn items within seven days of purchase in store for exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Online orders must be postmarked within seven days or the original delivery date for exchange or store credit. Items must have a tag. Please contact the store for specific return instructions. 

We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or modified.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
